Biography
My name is Cassidee Love, I am 16 years old. I have been involved in several sports since I was a child. For most of my life my main sport was softball. I played competitively for 6 years and played travel ball on a national select team for 3 years. In middle school I was involved in every sport I could be in because I love the challenge. I played volleyball, basketball, soccer, ran track and also ran cross country. As my Freshmen year approached I decided that I should start to focus on my main sport which was softball at the time. Throughout my freshmen volleyball season, my love for that sport grew very strong and eventually, with a lot of thought, I decided to focus more on volleyball. I made the Varsity softball team as a freshmen, but no longer played select softball. My sophomore year I began to play club volleyball at a small club out of Conroe, TX. I also made the Varsity volleyball team this year. I ended the season being nominated for District 21-5A Newcomer of the Year, as well as earning the Honorable Mention award. I then finished out my last softball season and decided to focus completely on volleyball. This year, I am sitting at 970 assists for my Junior season. I am excited to continue increasing my skill as I play Club this season for TAV out of Houston, TX. My sports career has taught me several valuable lessons and one of them is to NEVER settle because you never know was God has in store for you!
